Are you currently looking for a Pilates class in English in the Osaka area? At Pilates Studio soRa, we are happy to offer an English Pilates class and certified and well-trained instructors will assist you and your Pilates journey!
Our private session aims to deepen the awareness of Pilates exercises and benefits of Pilates. Your instructor will customise exercises for you to suit your personal goal during a class. We are welcoming any level of clients who have never tried Pilates before, are new to Pilates and Pilates lovers.
In our private session, we use Pilates equipment such as, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel. All of equipment at our Pilates studio is from a world-renowned fitness company, Merrithew®
Private session (60mins) : 11,000 yen
Semi private session (60mins) : 5,500 yen per person
No registration fee needed
